Create your account and your workspace
Sign up for Zolu with your email or Google, confirm your email and create the workspace where your cards, contacts and projects live.
On this page
Everything in Zolu lives inside a workspace: your cards, QR codes, contacts, projects and docs. First you create your account, then your workspace. It's free and you don't need a credit card.
Create your account
Go to app.getzolu.com/signup.
Choose Continue with Google, or fill in Name, Work email and Password (at least 8 characters).
Tap Create account.
If you used your email, open the confirmation email we sent you. Open it on the same device to sign in right away.
Already have an account? Go to app.getzolu.com/login and tap Sign in. If you forgot your password, tap "Forgot it?" or sign in with a magic link instead.
Create your workspace
After you sign in, Zolu asks you to Create your workspace.
Write a Workspace name, like your business or your own name (for example, Ready Studio).
Check the Address. It's your link to Zolu, like
app.getzolu.com/ready-studio. Use lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens.Tap Create workspace.
That's it. You land on Home, where you can create your card, add a task or scan a business card.
Find your way around
On a computer, the blue bar on the left takes you to Home, Work (tasks, projects and calendar), People (contacts), Cards, Docs, Grow, Club and All (everything in Zolu).
On your phone, the bar at the bottom has Home, Cards, + (create something), People and All.
Settings and the light or dark theme live in your account menu (tap your photo).
Good to know
On the Free plan, each person can own one free workspace. Being invited to other workspaces is always free, as many as you like.
If you see "Zolu opens on…", Zolu isn't open to everyone yet. Tap Join the waitlist and we'll email you when it's your turn. If someone invited you to their workspace, open their invitation instead.
You can change your workspace name and URL later in Settings → General (only owners and admins). Changing the URL breaks old links to your workspace.
